Advanced

Ages 7-13/ minimum of 1 year in Beginners class

Our advanced class is for those students who have learned the appropriate movements to test their mental and physical strengths. Our advanced class is a mixture of traditional Jiu Jitsu and sport Jiu Jitsu where one must understand the difference between the two in order to obtain the desired result. Our competition team is comprised of most of the students in this class. Competition is not required but highly encouraged.
