Jiu Jitsu is for individuals of all ages. Men and women of all shapes and sizes. It is our goal to not only provide our community with the knowledge of self defense but to help them reach their own personal goals. Whether that be losing weight, building self confidence, or challenging themselves through competition, LOGIC aims to provide a fun, dedicated curriculum that allows each individual to grow in all aspects.
Jiu Jitsu Fundamentals
Techniques students will learn:
Basic self-defense
Basic chokes
Basic guard passes and submissions
Side mount and transitions
Takedowns
Basic throws and sweeps
Advanced Jiu Jitsu
Techniques students will learn:
Advanced guards, passes, and submissions from all positions
Leg lock (knee, ankle, heel, toe holds)
Inversion techniques
Advanced defense
Advanced choke submissions
